raisin is a rapidly growing SaaS company purpose-built for the nonprofit sector. Our platform supports fundraising efforts for over 300 causes tackling critical challenges, from mental health to animal welfare, food security, curing disease, and international development.
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with energy and creativity to help us expand our impact. This is your chance to build a career in SaaS sales while supporting the people and missions shaping our communities.
What You’ll Do
• Become an expert in how raisin® helps nonprofits raise more with less effort
• Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative channels
• Qualify limited inbound leads and research potential new clients
• Craft personalized, thoughtful outreach that resonates with nonprofit decision-makers
• Experiment with new outreach ideas, test, learn, and iterate quickly
• Track activities and progress in our sales tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape messaging, campaigns, and content
• Jump in where needed to support projects outside the job description

• SaaS/Startup ready: Prior SaaS Sales and/or small-team experience helps you hit the ground running.
• Curious & resilient: You ask great questions, learn fast, and push yourself to improve every day
What You’ll Bring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in sales, fundraising or outreach (any setting)
• Comfortable with technology; CRM experience is a bonus (we use HubSpot)
• Experience in SaaS or nonprofit sector
• Bilingual (English/French) is nice-to-have
