raisin is a rapidly growing SaaS company purpose-built for the nonprofit sector. Our platform supports fundraising efforts for over 300 causes tackling critical challenges from mental health to animal welfare, food security, curing disease, and international development.
We are looking for a competitive, strategic, and mission-driven Account Executive (AE) with proven mid-market and/or enterprise sales experience to help us expand our impact.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run discovery, deliver demos, negotiate, and close
- Build and manage your own pipeline in addition to working inbound leads
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales processes including executive alignment, internal champion development, and cross-functional consensus-building
- Navigate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder decision-making environments within nonprofits
- Defend value and pricing through strong business case development and value-based selling
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and BDR teams to refine messaging and campaign execution
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly new logo targets
Who You Are
- Full-cycle seller: 2+ years of experience independently running complex sales cycles from outreach through negotiation and close with mid-market and/or enterprise buyers
- Strategic closer: Skilled at negotiation, value-based selling, pricing defense, and driving executive-level consensus
- Hunter mentality: Self-sufficient in building pipeline, not reliant solely on inbound leads
- Politically astute: Comfortable navigating internal dynamics, surfacing approval risks early, and strengthening internal champions
- Scrappy and adaptable: Thrive in a lean team where ownership matters more than rigid playbooks
- Takes full ownership of results and responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative, transparent, and feedback-driven team culture
- Mission-aligned: Energized by supporting nonprofits through innovative fundraising technology
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle Account Executive selling to mid-market and/or enterprise organizations (this is not an entry-level AE role)
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, metrics-driven sales environments
- Strong business acumen and comfort selling ROI, operational efficiency, and strategic impact
- Coachable, data-driven approach to improving win rates and refining sales execution
- Comfort handling both outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities

- raisin operates as a remote-first organization; however, this sales role requires regular in-person collaboration 1 to 2 days per week in our Junction-area office. Candidates must be based within commuting distance of the GTA.
Compensation
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
