What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strategic and empathetic Client Success Manager to join us to cover a maternity leave, with the potential to grow into a longer-term opportunity as the business evolves.
 
In this role, you won’t just manage accounts, you’ll partner closely with nonprofit organizations to help them raise more and build stronger connections with their donors. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to get the most out of the raisin platform and turning their fundraising goals into measurable outcomes.
 
What You’ll Do
You’ll own a portfolio of clients and play a key role in driving their success, from onboarding through to renewal and growth.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market nonprofit clients, ensuring every engagement is proactive, high-quality, and aligned to their mission and goals
  • Translate client fundraising objectives into actionable digital strategies using raisin’s tools and best practices
  • Drive adoption, renewals, and long-term satisfaction by helping clients see measurable outcomes
  • Monitor account health and identify risks or opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Help clients strengthen donor engagement and increase fundraising performance through thoughtful use of data and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for client needs and enhance their experience
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations and share fundraising trends, benchmarks, and data insights to help clients improve results
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and playbooks that scale client success as raisin grows

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS, Marketing, or Nonprofit technology
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts with a balance of strategic and operational needs
  • A consultative approach with the ability to identify value-add opportunities and drive renewals or expansions
  • Bonus: Familiarity with fundraising, digital marketing tools, or CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a nice-to-have

Compensation
raisin® expects to offer a base salary in the range of $60,000 – $75,000 CAD. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Total compensation may also include additional benefits and growth opportunities.
